What a brilliant estate agent ! We are feeling so lucky Hedd was the one to have guided us through the process of getting our new (and first) house. We felt so overwhelmed by the choices on the market and Hedd has professionally and passionately supported us through the whole process. From the first moment, we knew Hedd had our best interest in mind. She went the extra mile to understand our needs and wants, and helped us envision how our dream house should look like. Hedd has been very approachable and was always happy to support us with all of our odd enquiries (again, it is our first house and we didn't have a clue about many things). She gave us continuous updates and made sure the whole process went as smoothly and calmly as possible (which it was !). Hedd, we can't thank you enough for all the technical and emotional support you've given us during the last few months, the process would have looked completely different without you.
